Welcome to TeamSyncAI, the intelligent platform that helps streamline team interviews and assessments. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started with our platform.

1. Setting Up Your Account

After signing up for TeamSyncAI, the first step is to set up your company profile. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your dashboard at app.teamsyncai.com
  2. Navigate to "Company Settings" in the left sidebar
  3. Fill in your company details, including:
    • Company name
    • Website
    • Industry
    • Team size
  4. Upload your company logo for branding purposes
  5. Save your changes

2. Creating Your First Job Position

Before you can start conducting AI-powered interviews, you need to create a job position:

Navigate to "Job Positions" → "Create New"
Enter the job title, department, and description
Add required skills and cultural attributes
Save the position

3. Setting Up Interview Questions

TeamSyncAI can help you develop effective interview questions based on your job description:

  1. Select your job position
  2. Click on "Generate Questions"
  3. Review the AI-suggested questions
  4. Edit or add custom questions as needed
  5. Finalize your question set

4. Inviting Candidates

Once your position and questions are set up, you can invite candidates:

  1. Go to "Candidates" → "Invite New"
  2. Enter the candidate's email and name
  3. Select the job position
  4. Customize the invitation message (optional)
  5. Send the invitation

The candidate will receive an email with instructions to complete their AI interview at their convenience.

5. Reviewing Results

After a candidate completes their interview, you'll be notified and can review the results:

  1. Navigate to "Interviews" → "Completed"
  2. Select the candidate's interview
  3. Review the AI analysis, including:
    • Overall evaluation
    • Cultural fit analysis
    • Communication analysis
    • Key strengths and areas for improvement
    • Recommendation score
