These Payment Terms govern all billing and payment aspects of your TeamSyncAI subscription with Datastruk Software Solutions.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

2.1 Available Plans and Pricing

Current subscription plans and pricing are published on our website at teamsyncai.com/pricing and may include:

  • Starter tier subscriptions (monthly and annual options)
  • Professional tier subscriptions (monthly and annual options)
  • Enterprise tier subscriptions (custom pricing available)

2.2 Pricing Information

  • Pricing is displayed in your local currency where supported (USD, CAD, EUR)
  • Annual subscriptions typically offer discounted rates compared to monthly billing
  • Current pricing and supported currencies are available at teamsyncai.com/pricing
  • Custom pricing may be available for enterprise customers and multi-year commitments

2.3 Currency and Regional Pricing

  • Primary Currencies: USD (United States), CAD (Canada), EUR (European Union)
  • Currency Selection: Automatically determined by your location or manually selectable
  • Exchange Rates: Updated regularly based on current market rates
  • Billing Currency: You will be charged in the currency displayed at time of purchase

  • All prices exclude applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, HST/GST/PST)
  • Tax rates are determined by your billing address and local regulations
  • Tax obligations vary by jurisdiction and customer type
  • Final pricing including all applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout

3. Billing and Payment Processing

3.1 Payment Processor

Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in all supported currencies
  • Debit cards (where supported by region)
  • PayPal (where available)
  • Bank transfers (for qualifying annual subscriptions)
  • Regional payment methods (where supported)

3.3 Billing Cycles

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Billed on the same date each month
  • First bill is prorated based on signup date
  • Subsequent bills are for the full monthly amount

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Billed once per year on the anniversary of subscription
  • Immediate payment required upon signup

3.4 Automatic Renewal

  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will receive renewal notices 7 days before billing
  • No automatic renewal for failed payments after 3 attempts

4. Free Trial Terms

4.1 Trial Period

  • Free trial periods are available for new customers as advertised
  • Trial length and conditions are specified during signup
  • No credit card required to start trial (where applicable)
  • Full access to selected plan features during trial

4.2 Trial to Paid Conversion

  • Payment information required before trial expiration
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription if payment method provided
  • No charges if trial cancelled before expiration

5. Price Changes

5.1 Notice Period

  • 30 days advance notice for price increases on existing subscriptions
  • Notification via email and in-app messaging
  • New customers are subject to current published pricing

5.2 Grandfathering

  • Annual subscribers maintain current pricing for remainder of their current term
  • Monthly subscribers receive 2 billing cycles at current price after notification
  • Price protection does not apply to plan changes or account suspensions

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • Access continues until end of paid period

6.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Prorated refunds for cancellations after 30 days
  • Refund calculation: (Unused months ÷ 12) × Annual subscription fee

6.3 Refund Exceptions

  • No refunds for violations of Terms of Service
  • No refunds for accounts suspended for abuse
  • No refunds for downgrades (credit applied to future billing)

6.4 Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your financial institution

7. Payment Failures and Account Suspension

7.1 Failed Payment Process

  1. Day 1: First payment attempt fails, email notification sent
  2. Day 4: Second payment attempt, final notice sent
  3. Day 7: Third payment attempt, account suspended if failed
  4. Day 14: Account terminated if payment not resolved

7.2 Account Suspension

  • Access to service restricted during suspension
  • Data preserved for 30 days during suspension
  • Service restored immediately upon successful payment

7.3 Account Termination

  • Account permanently deleted after 30 days of suspension
  • All data permanently removed and unrecoverable
  • New subscription required to restart service

8. Plan Changes and Upgrades

8.1 Upgrades

  • Immediate access to higher plan features
  • Prorated billing for remaining period based on current pricing
  • Next bill reflects new plan pricing

8.2 Downgrades

  • Changes take effect at next billing cycle
  • Features restricted according to new plan
  • Credit applied if paid period remaining

8.3 Plan Change Limitations

  • One plan change per billing cycle
  • Cannot downgrade during first 30 days of annual subscription
  • Plan changes are subject to current published pricing

9. Usage Overages

9.1 Plan Limits

  • Each plan includes specific usage limits as published on our pricing page
  • Overage charges apply when limits exceeded according to current overage rates
  • Real-time usage tracking available in dashboard

9.2 Overage Billing

  • Overages billed monthly regardless of subscription cycle
  • Notification when approaching 80% of limits
  • Automatic suspension at 150% of plan limits unless overage billing authorized

10. Invoice and Receipt Management

10.1 Invoice Delivery

  • Invoices emailed to billing contact
  • Available for download in account dashboard
  • Contains all necessary tax and payment information

10.2 Billing Disputes

  • Report billing disputes within 60 days of invoice
  • Contact billing@teamsyncai.com with dispute details
  • Investigation completed within 10 business days

  • No storage of payment card details on our servers

14. Promotional Pricing and Discounts

14.2 Discount Application

  • Discounts apply according to the terms specified at time of purchase
