3. Subscription and Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

3.2 Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in USD and are non-refundable.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Video interview recordings will be automatically deleted after 30 days. Assessment results and other non-video data will be retained for the duration of your subscription.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from candidates before recording interviews or collecting their data through our Service.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datastruk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

6.3 Cap on Liability

In no event will our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
